Group classes have limited space to ensure individual attention and quality of exercise session. Please contact your preferred instructor prior to visiting a class to confirm availability. Further, individuals interested in doing Pilates regularly in a group class benefit hugely from a private one on one session prior to their first group class attendance. This is to ensure individuals are familiar with the correct breathing technique and foundation exercises.

In addition the posture type analysis as part of the first assessment allows for individual guidance and exercise alteration during a group class session to ensure best outcome and benefits.

Lotte is exceptional! I had done group Pilates years ago, then last year I decided to rather do individual classes with her as the sessions at the gym felt more like aerobics - best decision ever for me. When you work with someone who loves what they do - it can be so inspiring! BMP is like a close knit family and now they're open again with the lockdown easing. I can highly recommend them - individual or group classes.

Lotte is an amazing instructor. She really understands the body function. I did professional Rhythmic Gymnastics and have very bad scoliosis. After a few sessions she immediately recognized my weaknesses and corrected me so I didn’t hurt myself. A few months later I felt much stronger and my back wasn’t hurting as much. Pilate became my weekly routine and I always felt much better for it. I wish there were more instructors like Lotte. I miss her so much 🙂

I have never felt so welcome and looked after at any of my previous Pilates studio's than at Best Move Pilates. This studio and the instructors show so much interest in all of their clients and help and support and don't forget the motivation that they give you. After every workout you feel that you have worked on your body. I have been with Best Move's for nearly a month now and already I can feel the difference in my body.

Wow, I wish I met Lotte a few years back.. When I turned 50 a friend who was about 53 at the time warned me that there's a big difference in one's body from 50 to 53 and now I am 52+ and I definitely started feeling the body slowing down, aches and pains when doing basic chores made me realize that I had to do something otherwise I was gonna grow old badly but I found YOU and already I feel and see a big difference in my movements and it's only 3 weeks�Thank you

I started Pilates towards the end of last year. Working from home as a result of Covid resulted in a very inactive lifestyle. With the big "5 - 0" on the horizon, I was feeling really awful about myself, my fitness level and my strength and I knew I had to do something about it. Lotte has encouraged me all the way. I was a total beginner with lots of aches and pains, totally unfit and I had no clue what to do. I can definitely feel the difference. I am much stronger now and my joints are easing up and all those aches and pains are gradually going away. I totally recommend Best Move Pilates. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

Excellent classes. Lotte is an engaged instructor and gives individual attention in the group classes. She manages to be both challenging and nurturing at the same time. She pushes me to go the extra mile but never beyond my limit. . The venue is in a pleasant garden setting and there is a good variety of class times and payment options.

Best Move Pilates is the best pilates class I have been to (and the only one I have been to) and I must say that I LOVE IT! It really helps your body improve in flexibility and strength. As someone who has never done pilates before, joining in on the first group in the Milnerton class was a bit of a scary thought, but oh my word was it amazing! Lotte just has such a passion for pilates and for us as students, that you truly feel like you can achieve anything. Lotte is one of the best instructors I have come across, she is always willing to go the extra mile and your success is her success. She doesn't have the one shoe fits all approach but instead tailors her knowledge and experience to best suit each individual. Lotte is by far the BEST and most professional, caring and dedicated to changing lives Pilates instructor I’ve ever been to! I have only been with her for two weeks and already feel a huge difference in my neck after battling with pain for over a year. She is caring and gentle however you cannot get away with being lazy in her class!! She kicks butt and makes you work hard but you walk out feeling strong, refreshed and energized. Due to the amazing dedication, careful guidance, patience and professionalism of the AMAZING Lotte I have gone from strength to strength. I have Multiple Sclerosis and struggle with co ordination, strength amongst other issues, Lotte has been so patient and encouraging in her guidance that I have gone from a “fall over every few seconds” to being able to complete classes.
